You choose the quiet hours
You decide which days, which seatings and how many tables. Nothing is listed that you did not open yourself, so your peak covers stay untouched.
No commission on the bill
We are paid by the diner through a flat booking fee. We take no percentage of your food and beverage revenue, and there is no monthly platform charge.
Guests arrive pre-committed
Every booking is paid for in advance, which is a meaningful filter. A guest who has paid to hold the table turns up far more reliably than a free reservation.
Covers, not discounts, are the point
The discount buys you incremental covers in hours that would otherwise be empty — plus a first visit from a guest who may well come back at full price.
How it works for you
- Tell us your restaurant, your quiet windows and the offer you want to run.
- We build your listing and publish the seatings you opened.
- Diners book and pay the booking fee to QuietTable.
- They arrive with a confirmation code; you apply the discount to their food.
- You keep the entire bill — we invoice you nothing.
What we ask of you
Honour the offer as written, seat QuietTable guests the same way you would any other reservation, and give us reasonable notice if you need to close a seating. That is the whole agreement.
