About QuietTable
We match empty early tables with people who would happily eat at 5pm for a real discount.
The problem we care about
Almost every good restaurant has the same shape to its week. Friday at eight is full and turning people away; Tuesday at five is a dining room with the lights on and nobody in it. The cost of that empty hour is already paid — the staff are rostered, the kitchen is open, the rent is running.
Meanwhile plenty of diners are flexible about time and would gladly trade a prime-time slot for a meaningfully cheaper meal. QuietTable exists to connect those two groups.
How we make money
Diners pay a flat booking fee per reservation. That is our only revenue. We deliberately do not take a commission on what you spend at the table, because we do not want an incentive to push you toward a bigger bill, and we do not want restaurants to treat our guests as second class.
Where we operate
We are starting in North Dallas and the wider Dallas–Fort Worth metro, building depth in one market before expanding. If you would like us in your city, tell us — demand is how we decide where to go next.
